Our office puts patients first!
The clinic was started to offer a better option than standard clinics. We set aside up to 1 hour (or more if needed) for each patient so there is no rush to the next patient. As a patient of this clinic, you will have the doctors cell phone number, so there is no answering service to call. Any communication such as secure patient portal messages will be addressed usually within 1 day. We take pride in listening to our patients and all your concerns will be heard! Besides helping improve your health, we want to help improve how healthcare is delivered.

Insurance Information
We take the following insurances: Ohio Medicaid (CareSource), Medicare Part B. We are currently out of network for all Medicare Advantage Plans.
We do not take any commercial insurance and instead offer a monthly membership plan starting at $95/month. You can cancel if needed.
With this plan, you get expert care and one on one support directly from your doctor!
The plan includes comprehensive evaluation and treatment recommendations, in person clinic visits, video visits, direct messaging with your doctor, doctors cell phone number to call. It also includes review and interpretation of any diagnostic tests such as blood work, imaging or any glucose data, all at your convenience! Essentially it gives you almost unlimited access to your doctor when you need it!
Note: Cost of diagnostic tests (labs, imaging) and medications is not included in this plan and if you have commercial insurance, you can still use your insurance for medications, labs and imaging. Also, unfortunately, Medicaid and Medicare rules don’t allow us to offer the membership plan for individuals with Medicaid or Medicare.
